Ponlanut is a friendly and polite student from Thailand who is excited to step out of his comfort zone and take part in an exchange year in the U.S. When he’s not at his boarding school, he lives in the countryside with his mother, sisters, and grandmother, which has helped him become adaptable and independent. He returns home every two weeks and is comfortable adjusting to different environments.
Ponlanut loves cooking. He’s excited to learn how to prepare local dishes and also enjoys sharing Thai food favorites like fried rice and Thai omelets. In his free time, he enjoys playing board games and soccer.
