Each year, the International Au Pair Association (IAPA) chooses one deserving au pair as its Au Pair of the Year. Host families nominate au pairs by writing letters to IAPA explaining how their au pair goes above and beyond. This year, CHI Au Pair USA was thrilled to have five of our outstanding au pairs nominated for this prestigious award. All five make an exceptional difference in their host families lives on a daily basis, and serve as terrific examples of what being an au pair is all about.
