On February 3rd, Academic Coordinators from Jennie Fouts’ territory in the Pacific Northwest took a group of 16 exchange students to the Hawaiian Island of Oahu for a week to experience its history, its natural educational elements and all of the beauty that Hawaii has to offer.
The group toured the north side of the island, stopping to enjoy a surfing competition in the world-famous Pipeline beach. They also visited the historic Pearl Harbor, saw a traditional luau, snorkeled in Haunama Bay and went on a catamaran cruise.
A wonderful time was had by all!
