In January CHI’s Internship Training program held their annual conference. The successful conference covered important topics such as improving training for partners and participants, providing more cultural activities and events and arranging quality housing for participants.
After three productive days, the group kicked back with a day of cheese tasting at Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese Company in Point Reyes Station, CA. At this family owned farm CHI staff members were able to take a tour of the grounds and see all the steps involved in making cheese. From milking the cow, to actually tasting the finished product.
It was the perfect end to a wonderful conference!
