Juan David Ramos Rubio (who goes by Davo) is a 23-year-old exchange student from Colombia. He currently lives in St. Louis and trains at local radio station KWRH 92.9 FM, which is affiliated with the local Webster-Rock Hill Ministries organization. Davo is spending his final year of college gaining invaluable experience in an American business and impressing those around him with his tireless work ethic and willingness to try new things – like broadcasting high school sports!
He’s made such an impression that the local paper, the Webster-Kirkwood Times, recently wrote a great profile of him, sharing how proud they are of what he has accomplished since arriving in January and encouraging everyone to listen to him on the air. Read the article and if you are in the Webster Groves or Rock Hill area, on the west side of St. Louis, listen to 92.9 to hear what Davo has to say!
