CHI Intern Sitthiphat Phosuay, from Thailand, embraced the Texas spirit by entering a Cowboy Harley-Davidson salsa contest. Sitthiphat, a culinary intern at JW Marriott Austin, created a signature salsa that came in first place! Sitthiphat was surprised and very happy with the win! He has had a wonderful Internship program so far. Sitthiphat says, “I’m having a great experience job training in Austin. I try to do many things and learn how Texas people live and travel day and night. I just let you know I’m alright here in Austin and everything going well!”
