Academic Year Program student Joris Creded, from Germany, and his host family recently participated in a fundraiser to fight blood cancer. Together they climbed 1,300 stairs to the top of the Columbia Tower, the tallest building in Seattle. The local news covered the story and Joris can be seen quickly as the second person coming up the stairs in the beginning of the video.
