“My heart and passion is what drives me and I like to believe I am a successful leader due to this. It doesn’t matter where I am, being kind, caring and determined are the key ingredients to success and I carry them with me wherever I go. I want to inspire people to go further.”
Roisin Quinn, from the United Kingdom, is an avid traveler. While studying drama at Liverpool John Moores University she spent three amazing summers as part of the Camp Leaders program at New York YMCA. Her Camp Leaders experience inspired her to continue to explore the world and meet people from all different cultures.
She admits that her time at University allowed her to grow as an individual but it was her experiences from traveling that showed her exactly what she wanted to do with her life.
Roisin believes, “If leaders lead more with emotion rather than focusing on targets/ goals/ finances, then the world will become much happier, more equal and healthier place.”
She is excited to share thoughts and ideas at the Global Pathfinder Summit in Washington, D.C. this month. “To be among a large group of like-minded, incredibly passionate and driven individuals would be an absolute honor.”
