CHI Internship/Trainee participant Qin Li, from China, is currently completing her program at textile company Asian Eye. Washington based company Asian Eye combines high-integrity traditional artistry with high-style colors, textures and designs. The company creates a collection of exquisite scarves, shawls, hats, gloves and throws.
Qin Li, who goes by Monica here in the U.S., is a 12 month internship participant. Monica has not been here long but she is already having an amazing cultural experience. In her short time here she has laid eyes on the Pacific Ocean, visited Pennsylvania, Virginia and watched a rock climbing competition. We are excited to see what is next for Monica!
