Internship participant Eugenia Castro, from Argentina, is currently interning at Eliada in Asheville, NC in the psychology field. Eliada is a wonderful non-profit organization that helps at-risk children succeed in life by providing them with a variety of treatment, development and enrichment programs. Eliada is located on 200 beautiful acres in the mountains of western North Carolina.
Eugenia recently spent some quality time with her fellow staff members during a day off, as she participated in a bonding retreat that allowed everyone to get to know each other a little better. They spent the day engaging in team building exercises, and fun group activities such as rock climbing. Eugenia had a wonderful time, and looks forward to continuing her life changing experience with Eliada.
