A number of CHI host families in Santa Maria, CA took part in welcoming a group of Japanese exchange students this holiday season. The high school students, traveling with CHI partner organization MNCC, visited from December 22nd through January 5th. During their time in the United States, they experienced first hand what the holidays are like in America, and even took a special side trip to Los Angeles.

Although it was only a quick visit, everyone was very sad to say goodbye. We’re glad the students had such a good time, and we hope they all come back again in the future.
