CHI’s Niki Woodall recently received the letter below from Romania W&T participant Raluca. Raluca spent her summer working at Pietros Restaurant in Marlton, NJ
Dear Niki,
My american experience is almost at the final point….I have only one week and 4 days left of working…and to be honest with you I cannot believe that in such a short time I’m gonna be back at home:) I just write this email in order to say you that for me this was the time of my life….even at the beginning everything was a little bit difficult …now at the end everything worked out just great:) Now, back in my country I will advice every student to take this chance and to come here …’cause it;s a lesson of life…and it deserves to see what the american life means:) I’m sorry because we didn’t have the chance to meet this summer….but next year I will apply again for coming here…and who knows …maybe we’ll see each other next year:) I wanna thank you for everything:) regards, Raluca
