This is a year-round, part-time job where the hours increase from March-September, when the students are in the USA. This position is mainly remote; however, from time to time, you may need to make site visits, assist in-person with students or host cultural exchange activities.
Our Program Coordinator will act as a strong support staff member and liaison between our international participants and our employers who hire our participants on a seasonal basis. The successful candidate will be responsible to organize and facilitate the entire program; as well as to provide excellent customer service. This position is for a self-starter who can work independently from home, but has the strong values of dedication and commitment to working together for the greater good; knowing that you are a contributor to something that changes lives globally.
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to work from home during typical daytime business hours (however some nights & weekends may be necessary)
- Organizational skills, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and a desire to learn are required
- Excellent problem-solving skills & multi-task oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication required
- Work independently with minimal supervision; self-starter
- Seeking long-term part-time employment, hours vary based on the season.
- Must be outgoing, friendly, and energetic
- Strong customer service skills and desire to provide top-notch service to our employers and participants
- Strong computer skills; MS Office, Word & Excel, Skype and Google mail/Google Drive, Trello, WhatsApp
- Home computer with internet/printer/scanner with MS Office, and unlimited nationwide telephone calling plan
- Desire to work with international university-level participants

Job Duties:
- You will be communicating via email, WhatsApp and phone daily
- You will be logging all correspondence in our Student portal
- Administrative; strong communication skills; as well as prompt and organized completion of paperwork or designated tasks.
- Strong computer skills and email management Support employers and international participants during the entire exchange work program
- Excellent Customer Service; attentive response time; mediating when necessary; resolving issues diplomatically
- Participants interviewing via SKYPE Ensure all program and government requirements are fulfilled with support from your manager
- Close supervision of accounts; maintaining and completing monthly reports, as well as ongoing communication with employers and participants
- Organizing and coordinating housing options for the participants prior to their arrival
- Effectively communicating on a regular basis with your manager and team.
